I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Xiamen University
Interview
- received interview invite and done attend this so called "interview".
- right of the bat, was mind bogged since like 99% question asked during interview is not related to my pass working experience, even thou all my pass is clearly listed in CV, this gives a impression non of these key person really read my CV, and begs the question why these bunch even ask me to come for the interview in the 1st place,
- end up my gut is correct, they do not have the actual intention in hiring, rather, they are doing this "interview" as a show to impress and show to their higher up at china,
- Overall this is not a real interview-for-hire, more like a show to hit their KPI or something.
- a huge waste of my time and travelling effort, since the venue is really far, and duration of the interview is absurdly long,
- throughout the entire interview, i feel disrespected, and give me a feel that they have no respect to my strong point/profession, even thou they tried very hard to pretend to be respectful.
