HR screening, followed by team manager interview over phone.
The interviewer rejected my candidature for all the wrong reasons, after only speaking for ~10 mins.
There was no direction to open-ended questions, and least bit ability to tolerate an argument.
I have 7.5 experience in managing product growth in terms of increasing userbase, revenue share, and market cap. And I was evaluated as 'lack of knowledge in b2c product and Mi.com' because I discovered that mi.com does not respond to responsive settings under inspect element settings
This interview was in 2018. The interviewer was super nice. Asked me to design a product. We were just discussing how to make that product better. Although I didn't pass in the end, I do know that they have a good culture.

Interview
The graduate interview process was very fluent and a total of 3 rounds step-by-step through email notifications even if you failed it. The interviewees were professionals who had been doing this sort of position for decades with their unique questions and case studies rather than some typical questions that can be searched on social media.
