Conducted via Curatel platform (Xogene’s evaluation system).
Includes:
MCQs (core concepts: programming, CS fundamentals)
Coding problems (basic–intermediate level)
Sometimes debugging or logical questions
Focus is on problem-solving and fundamentals, not rote learning.
4️⃣ Technical / Managerial Interview
Deep dive into:
Your projects (very important)
Tech stack you mentioned (Java / Python / MERN / etc.)
Basic system understanding
How you approach problems
They may ask “why this approach?” or real-life scenarios.
5️⃣ Client Round
Final round with the end client.
Checks:
Communication & professionalism
Technical clarity
Ability to work on real client requirements
Usually conversational but decisive.
