The worst interview process ever. I was called for the interview and the person, who I was supposed to meet left home early, that day. There is not even a contact number mentioned in the interview call letter. The most interesting part is that, no one knows what role I was being called. After a long waiting period and couple of calls, I ended up in giving first round of interview. After first round, I was instructed that I will be having Skype call with on-site team for next rounds. After few days later, I got a call from same HR stating that we are having another role for you and are you interested to take it up? Everything goes well, and after few days, I got a mail stating they are feeling I won't fit into that new role, since I'm having much experience. They feel that they need less experienced people for that role. The main thing is that, I was called for another role, after technical round, the role got changed and after managerial round, I'm not fit for the new role. Kind of funny, isn't? If I ask them for the role, which I was supposed to attend further rounds, they said that role is not priority right now.

First went through a phone interview, Then there was an onsite panel interview with live coding session. Then on the same day I talked w/their project managers as well. After the interview, I got an verbal offer. Was told I needed to be willing to accept their offer for them to give me a written offer so I turned down other offers I had. Made me wait a week while keeping me on the hook telling me the written offer is coming soon, then finally told me the position is no longer available due to budget reasons. DO NOT TRUST their verbal offer.

I applied in linkedIn after a couple of days got a call from HR and a Skype Interview was scheduled. This firm focuses on DataStructures, Algorithms and then other technical stuff if needed.
