My experience with this company was extremely disappointing. After being asked to complete an assessment, which required about a week of work (around 9 hours), and to take a holiday day to attend an in-person interview to discuss it, I was rejected on the basis that I "lack cloud experience and they would not be able to offer me to clients."
This was information that was clearly visible on my CV from the start. It is unacceptable to ask candidates to invest significant time, take time off work, and spend money traveling, only to reject them for something that could and should have been identified much earlier.
This shows a clear lack of respect for candidates’ time and efforts. I strongly recommend that the company improve their screening process and treat candidates with the professionalism and consideration they deserve.
