The process was a standard process. But lack of transparency, false promises from the recruiter and no communication back from them. Makes me wonder how these guys have this much of rating in glass door. Anyways, my experience was started with HR guy calling me and understanding my exp along with my expectations from compensation. Promising that we can match this, so I started the process. After few lengthy discussion, had to re write my entire CV because they wanted in some format (took almost 3-4 hrs). Then suddenly HR came back that we cannot give what I promised, will you accept some amount less. I said Yes, but if this is final. Then another discussion happened. Then again he called and said we cannot pay this much, can you accept little less. I mean was it a fish market or job interview. I even said yes because I was in desperate need fo a job. Then after accepting, HR guy vanished. Stopped picking my calls, responding to my messages etc. Finally after few days he picked up and said sorry the position is closed. Which felt like that I was just taken for a ride no more than that. I prefer not getting invited to an interview than going thru all this.

I had the worst experience with the interview process the HR, the hiring manager everyone were bossy, more to it I had a bad fight with the hiring manager for degrading my experience which should not be done supposedly. A hiring manager should listen to the candidates experience and decide on hiring, instead insulting or degrading a persons experience is heights of unprofessional behaviour. I have an opinion that this company lacks any culture because of the people.
