Interview
The interview process was very intriguing, with many different people to interview with, both over the phone and in person. The initial screening with the HR manager was helpful, where the focus was on the company, the culture, and the type of individual they were looking for.
After the phone interviews, I came onsite to the FieldEdge office and had in person interviews with the Management team. Very detailed questions relating to experience, past performance and why they should hire me. There were challenging brain teasers, but it was a rewarding interview process with chances to ask many questions to determine if the company was the best fit for me as well as them.
Overall the interview process was very good, and afforded FieldEdge and myself the insight needed to be sure that the relationship would work.

How my experience had prepared me to be a Customer Success Manager, rather than customer service oriented, wanting to see if I truly understood the difference.
Interview was phone screening and then a few in-office meetings with a VP and other executives. Overall quite basic questions - just felt they were judging for energy vs real answers.

The process was smooth and conducted very professionally on FieldEdge’s part! I spoke with at least 4 members of the FieldEdge staff; they were all personable and put me at ease throughout the interview process. They answered any questions that I had and, by the end of the process, I was left feeling extremely excited and hopeful for the position. Couldn’t have been a lovelier experience!
