I recently interviewed for a position at Xplor Technologies and went through four rounds of interviews. While the interview process itself was thorough and professionally conducted, the experience post-interview has been quite disappointing. The interview stages included an initial phone screening, a technical assessment, a panel interview, and a final round with senior management. Each step was well-structured, and the interviewers were knowledgeable and engaging. I felt positive about the interactions and appreciated the opportunity to discuss my skills and experiences in detail. However, after completing all four rounds, I received no feedback or follow-up from the company. Despite multiple attempts to reach out for an update, I was met with silence. The lack of communication was frustrating and unprofessional, especially after investing significant time and effort into the interview process. This experience has left me with a negative impression of Xplor Technologies' candidate handling. Clear and timely communication is crucial for maintaining a positive candidate experience, and unfortunately, this was not demonstrated in my case. I hope the company can improve its follow-up process to ensure better experiences for future candidates.

It was a standard 3 step interview process First was a HR call for 30 mins Followed by a 1 hour interview with the hiring managers Final step was a case study presentation The HR contact was really nice and supportive throughout the process (even until the bitter end). In the end, they said they are freezing hiring for this role. It sounded like the management was unclear of their requirements and shouldn't have advertised for a position without having a strong business need for it. It is frustrating to sit through a 4-week long process and finally they freeze the position. Overall, it was an interesting experience to go through and get to know about the problem space. Looking at the silver lining, I am glad I didn't get the offer as it sounded like the management does not have a clear stable view on their vision.
