After applying, I got an email asking me to take an "assessment," which was a completely useless waste of time. On top of that, the questions were absolute garbage, asking from basic math to vocab definitions to "Why do people take planes?" (Answer: because they're fast).
After that, an recruiter called me for 10 minutes, asked me very basic questions which they could've gotten from my application, like "Was I willing to relocate?" and "What was my GPA?"
After that the hiring managers reviewed my materials and I got rejected. All that work, and I didn't even get an interview. What a waste of time.
