I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Xtime by Cox Automotive (Atlanta, GA) in Apr 2018
Interview
Went through a few rounds of phone "interviews" with a talent acquisition person for Cox out of ATL. It was basically just to get a general feel for my experience level, it was not a difficult interview or stressful at all. Went through two interviews with my actual manager, one by phone and one by Skype. There were some of those "describe to me what you would do" in these situations but someone with retail automotive experience should know how to handle them. The crazy part was the employment verification process. Make sure all of your dates and contacts are accurate. All they do is verify time of employment and that you were actually employed. Legally that's all they can do, so don't worry. They even wanted a scanned copy of my High School Diploma! (It's a third party that handles the background for them)

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Xtime by Cox Automotive (La Paz, La Paz) in Sept 2015
Interview
You will get some questions with local employees, after that Xtime recruiters from US will reach you and they will start an interview online, but you will get some help from local employees that already are working on Xtime Bolivia.
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Xtime by Cox Automotive (San Francisco, CA) in Jan 2013
Interview
The interview process was average. I spoke to management on the phone at first then we set up a live face to face interview in Redwood City. I flew out met with management got the offer and walked around to meet more of the team in the corporate office.
