Xtreme lashes does everything – in a very structured, organized, systematic way so that we get the best results. We try to quickly weed out those who are not the right fit, and then use follow-up conversations and assessments to get to know the personalities, skills, and experiences of our top remaining candidates to determine who might be the best fit while simultaneously giving our candidates the opportunity to get to know us better. As you indicated in your feedback, we explain our interview process in the beginning to manage the expectations of our candidates. Understanding that many candidates are currently employed and have families, we do our best to accommodate their schedules and make ourselves available evenings and weekends if needed for them to meet with us. Every step of the way, candidates are encouraged to ask questions and, in addition, each candidate has direct access to the Director of HR and Operations to whom they can reach out to at any time as other questions or concerns come up.
