1st part is a technical interview, and the 2nd part is with an older man asking you a couple of really strange word problems. The word problems seemed silly and were not relevant to critical thinking or the position I was applying for.
The job listing is for an entry level Help Desk Support Tech and they are offering entry level salary, but they seem to be expecting more of a Tier 2-3 support tech.
The 1st interviewer talked down on my IT certification, stating that it was not good enough. Despite the fact that I've worked in IT for 4 years and have made great money.
Honestly, one of the worst interviews I've ever been on.
