I interviewed with two department heads for about 45 minutes and was told I was not a good fit for the opening . No problem so far. Breifly met with another department head and was told please wait for 30 minutes.(conference call) I spent the next 75 minutes with two workers from the department and then shown the door. No followup, communication, etc.
