Xylem Supply Chain/SIOP Manager interview questions

A very professional interview process; the recruiter of the position remained in contact, and never once was I ghosted. After submitting my application, I received a quick response from the recruiter to understand my intentions and background better, within a week I was speaking with the hiring manager, and two weeks after that I was speaking with a potential coworker and a director of their facility. The only aspect of the interview process that seemed unconventional is, that they only schedule a 30 minute timeslot for each individual. While I did run overtime with each individual, this did seem to be odd considering the level and importance of the position.
