Xylem Purchasing Manager interview questions

Phone screen was simple overview of background, why interested in moving companies, a few behavior based questions. Virtual interview with hiring manager and extended team including HR, product management, and operations. Fairly conversational with some behavioral based questions. Focused on desired skill set which I was not a full match.
