The process took 4 months. I interviewed at Y-mAbs Therapeutics (Princeton, NJ) in Mar 2025
Interview
This was one of the most poorly managed (and unprofessional) processes I've ever been a part of. I was rushed to go for my onsite interviews a week early since I already had plans to be away the week they wanted me to go onsite. One interviewer was a no-show and my interview with the CEO was cut short from an hour to about 20 minutes. Then, it was eight weeks after my onsite interview (that I was rushed to do) before I heard anything.
I then had to chase them down for reimbursement for the out of pocket expenses for my trip to go onsite (they didn't manage any of the flights or hotels from their end).
Doug Gentilcore (the hiring manager) bragged about their 'world class' leadership throughout the interview process. They have ~15% market share in an indication with one other competitor. Enough said.
I applied online. I interviewed at Y-mAbs Therapeutics (Copenhagen, Capital Region) in Feb 2021
Interview
I was very unimpressed with the interview process. Compared to other start ups in the area, the hiring manager was very disinterested and did not try to sell the company at all. They also seemed unprepared and did not take the time to get to know me. Throughout the entire interview, they sounded very bored and didn't even show me their entire face. It seemed liked they were not passionate about interview or the company at all.
They were late for the interview on Zoom and when asked about what their favorite part of the company, they did not reflect beyond the company mission, which is very telling about their commitment.
After the interview process, I was immediately turned off from seriously applying there.
