I applied online and was contacted to set up a phone interview. The interview was about 45 minutes long, consisting of a short section asking about my resume, a brief explanation of the role/company, and then a longer section of technical questions.
I applied online. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at YCharts (New York, NY)
Interview
Initial phone screen followed by a coding challenge. After that is a final round of interview that lasts for about 5 hours. After so much effort and time spent (1+ month), I was basically ghosted after the final interview despite me sending multiple emails asking for an update. Fortunately I had offers from other companies, but if only they were responsible enough to send me a rejection email/update I’d have saved so much time.

All custom coding questions made/edited by the company itself
Got a phone interview invitation. I can use their calendar and set up a date. They ask to go over my background (tell me about yourself thing) and ask technical questions.
