YMCA England & Wales interview questions

interview process was fair and had various stages with various tasks. Position was for a local YMCA off the National YMCA. Had an initial call on Zoom and then had face to face interview for 1hr that that required answers to be filled.

This was in 2022- I interviewed with 2 staff members for this role. I also had to send a slide presentation of my previous works which took me time and effort. The vibe was off from the moment I joined the call and they seemed really unenthusiastic. After the interview was over I emailed to thank them for their time and yet I never received any further communication from the role and was ghosted.
