They were clueless, she had no idea about my CV, but emailed me saying she was impressed with my CV. She couldn't explain the role or the company either. She said there was more training involved in this role. I expressed that was what my current job was lacking. I told her I enjoy enhancing my skill set with some of work hours classes on things like data programming and she said there was none of that in this job and so I was probably not suited.
