Email correspondence leading to interview. Interview consists of general knowledge confirmation and job specific experience conversation. My interviewer was very pleased and helpful in increases my understanding of the companies mission. Post interview includes thumb printing for background checks.
I had a virtual interview with program manager and assistant manager. They were friendly and personable. Their decision was to be made the following week. They eventually hired an internal employee.

Interview
I applied online and then had two panel interviews, each with three interviewers. For the most part the panelists stuck to the questions on the pages they had in front of them, but it still seemed pretty informal with each panelist occasionally asking a follow up question. The first interview included a skills test.
