I met with the manager at a scheduled time and he interviewed me on my skills, expectations and availability. After the interview, about 7-8 days later I had to personally follow up for another interview to talk about scheduling, job description and pay.

Interview
The interview was very simple and pretty unorganized. I just showed up and filled out some paperwork. After answering some simple questions and proving I was a certified lifeguard, they let me go home. I could tell that the job was going to be very chill should I get it.
