2 Interviews: One with a recruiter, one with 2 hiring managers from the team. It's been over a month since then, and I've sent multiple emails asking about my candidacy. Nada, zip, nothing. Then they reposted the position the other day. Apply here at your own risk; expect to be ghosted along the way. I can't speak for all the departments at Yale, but the regulatory affairs one stinks.
