First-round interview via Zoom. It was a pleasant and cordial interaction. This is a new position. Only 3 questions. Plenty of time to elaborate. I wasn't invited back for a second interview.

Three questions asked. I don't remember one. But the other two were: 1) Explain ways in which you have developed and assessed programs; 2) How would you identify resources to use in this position?
