Interview
1. They contacted me using Linkedin
2. They invited me to a screening call where they asked about experience, technologies and english level
3. They send you a link of HackerRank (some excercises of Hacker-Rank are outdated, so be sure to prepare yourself with examples). They prefer you to solve this challenges as quick as possible. I do it the same day after work. Fortunatelly I was able to solve all the questions (three challenges about Node, relational databases and Express).
4. If you did well on the technical challenges, they invite you to a meeting with the technical leader and he asks very general and specific questions. If you talk about some specific architecture, technology or pattern, you will be asked about specifics on it.
5. If the previous meeting went well they will invite you with a meeting with People Success (HR) and they ask some questions to see if your are a good fit with the company's culture
6. If all previous steps went well, they will ask you some data about your current job, income (you need to provide evidence), professional and personal references.
7. After a couple of days they will invite you to a meeting for showing you an Offer Letter.
