4 levels of interviews + 1-2 meets with recrutiee and hiring managers. All interviews require a lot of preparations (like for an exam), 3 intervies are specialized: project management, product management, tech interview + last section uniting all of these topics.

HR interview - fairly basic, questions about previous experience,
take home case (how would you improve certain scenario / user journey),
presentation of the take home case with the hiring manager and the team lead
then the last case with the Y.do CEO
