The hiring process was straight forward. I requested a phone interview to start as I already had a very good job. After a very good phone interview getting to know the job, the company, and the expectations/outlook for the future, a 1 to 1 interview was schedule. For the 1 to 1 interview I was requested to create an innovation presentation to show my abilities to think outside of the normal engineering process. The innovation presentation went well and the remainder of the interview was a discussion with questions and answers from both parties. Overall a very pleasant experience.
