Before interview is arranged, there will be a test paper conducted remotely to be completed in 1 hour time period. Only after you pass the paper, will the interview be conducted.
Poor process where middle management do not communicate with higher management on what they look for in a candidate. Wasted my time going for few rounds and the case study.
