The interview process followed this sequence: Technical Interview, Simulator, Flight Test, and finally, Presentation & Personality Interview. The interviewers were all very friendly. They focused heavily on the oral test and your ability to provide instruction (teaching) during the simulator session. As for the flight test, you should pass as long as you demonstrate that you can safely instruct a student on board. For the presentation and personality interview, you simply need to submit the presentation you were asked to prepare in advance. Rather than a formal delivery of the slides, the focus is more on defending your logic—they will ask why you structured the presentation the way you did.
