Interview
Long process. Long phone interview, then another interview, emails back and forth always congratulating me for moving forward. It seems the job was mine, but then I met with the Miami team, a woman second in charge ask me if I speak creolle, I said nope, but I undestand. She looked at me with a discriminatory face, I knew my white completion and latino background were not quite qualities she was looking for. They made me even met with the students of the MDC miami campus, they made waist so much time to not offered me the possition! I felt discriminated against being white and latino.
I've never felt so bad in my life in any job interview.
I have family who have dark completion. I dont know how to discrimanate anybody. I have hatian friends. I can live and work with anybody. How it's possible that you segregate yourselfs from the rest of the world.

Interview
3 round interview. Sometimes more to include HR Recruiter. HR recruiter is awesome and very informative. I was not impressed by the local interviewers. At times seemed rather unprofessional. The questions were your regular run of the mill with little attention to record of professional experience, quality, and metrics.

Interview
13 interviews over 3 months. Overall a great interview experience. Diverse questions and staff from various departments and levels were well represented. Questions about how previous exp related to mission.
