Interview
Recruiter scheduled video interview, later received call from site manager to schedule phone interview instead. After phone interview, scheduled in person interview. Staff was nice, a little unorganized.

Why interested in job, situational questions, very casual I thought. I had gotten some pretty bad news right before going in, and probably wasnt my best. So I'm not surprised I didn't get an offer. However I was really disappointed in the lack of communication from the company. I never got a "weve chosen someone else email" the communication ended at the interview. UNTIL about a month after the interview a recruiter called me and asked me if I wanted to interview for the the same position. I told her I had already interviewed in person . She had no idea. Our call ended with her saying she would email me back and let me know if they wanted me to come back in. Of course I never heard back.
5 min only, not too long, directly told co op is not possible and he also said he can only add me after my school, anyone can join anytime, he also said i can apply to the program in future if i am still interested after my school

Interview
Interview process was thorough and involved a skills assessment, along with multiple rounds of video calls over the course of 6 weeks. Their interview team was intentional with prompts, and provided ample time for candidate questions. The team showed great care in the interview process. Excellent candidate experience overall.

The recruiter contacted me the day after I submitted my application. We scheduled a phone interview for the following week. I also filled out an Behavioral Assessment. I appreciate how transparent and quick the process was.
