Applied trough website, called by HR following week. They requested sample codes from me. Then I got invited to onsite interview.
They have showed the workplace and explained how their development lifecycle.
They wanted to write code on their PC. I accepted but they were very easy questions like 'write a program that counts powers of 2'.
I am a 3 year experienced developer so I got mad and said that I donot want to work with them.

The HR reached me out from LinkedIn. I accepted the first meeting with her. We talked about the process, role, company, plans for almost 1 hour. After 1 week later, she sent a case study through mail. There were 1 week to complete it. It was a in-memory key-value storage application must be written in Go. It was completed in almost 3-4 days. Then, they invited to me online interview with the senior engineers. It was a 1 hour interview and, firstly, we talked about the project. They asked some questions and clarified the some points. Then, they asked to algorithm and data structure questions. I did not write any code, we discussed verbally. Then, they made offer to me almost after 1 week.
