Yildiz Holding interview questions

It was not a good experience because there were many people. In the first meeting, they discussed different topics. They didn't ask many technical questions. It would have been better if there had been fewer people in the first meeting.

The process was long, multi-stage and focused on finding the right people who could really add value. As much as this may sound unpleasant, when you take into account the number of people who applied; I would say it was a very acceptable and fair method. I went through a rigorous process where everyone had an equal chance. That was satisfying though.
