While the interview process was 1 month+ long, it was a very positive experience overall. Communication was clear and consistent throughout, and I was always informed about next steps without long wait times or being left in the dark. Every interviewer I met was kind, professional, and thoughtful, which strongly reflected the company’s culture and helped me evaluate my own fit. The process was thorough in a way that showed real care for both cultural and technical alignment. Now that I’ve been in the role for a few months, I can confidently say that the role, expectations, and scope were communicated accurately during interviews and have fully matched the reality of the job. It was a well-run, respectful, and genuinely enjoyable interview experience. Now I know I made a 100% correct decision joining this incredible company!

My interview process was long but each round felt very productive. The first two rounds were 30min-1hr conversations with 1-2 people on the team and then I received a take home exercise. They scheduled another call to discuss the take home exercise and then the final round was about 2 hours and I met with 4-5 more people. Everyone I spoke to was welcoming and very willing to answer my questions and provide specific information about the company. I had another offer on the line and they worked with me to expedite my interview process which I was extremely grateful for.

The interview process could be seen lengthy for some people since the company truly takes time to get to know each candidate and assess them accordingly. There's an initial, 1st round interview if you pass then there's a second round interview after that you're given an at home assignment and if you're going to do a good job on it then there's a final interviews. Mine consisted of meeting with 4 people.
