I don't believe I applied to work at this company, but their recruiter called me several times back to back as if I owed them money. I called back, and couldn't understand the guy due to his poor English and thick accent. He asked if I had worked in tech before and if I had "intern or experience". He asked my rate, and then sent an email to "confirm my rate" which was actually a contract for me to sign. I will copy that email below. They then called several times and I reported the number as spam. I have no idea what this company is doing, but I have no reason to believe it's a legitimate organization. Aforementioned email: In consideration of the time, effort and expense Yochana IT Solutions Inc. has expended in discussing potential assignment with Yochana IT Solutions / “HCL America/”, I hereby give Yochana IT Solutions Inc., my exclusive authorization to submit me as a candidate for an assignment “Position at Location” with the above mentioned client and I hereby further agree and covenant that I will not authorize any other company, individual or other entity or person to submit me as a candidate for such assignment. In addition, I hereby represent, warrant and confirm to Yochana IT Solutions Inc. that I have not, during the last thirty (60) days, authorized anyone other than Yochana IT Solutions Inc. to submit me as a candidate for such assignment and that I will not authorize anyone other than Yochana IT Solutions Inc., to submit me as a candidate for such assignments for 60 days from the date of this agreement. In making this agreement, I acknowledge and understand that Yochana IT Solutions Inc. will rely on this agreement in making such submission and I hereby agree that Yochana IT Solutions Inc., shall be entitled to so rely on this agreement. Finally, I understand that this agreement is not an offer of employment to me or a contract of employment for me by Yochana IT Solutions Inc. If I am engaged for any of the above referenced assignments, it will be pursuant to a separate written contract to be negotiated and executed by myself/my employer and Yochana IT Solutions Inc.
