Interview
The interview process comprised three rounds. The initial interview was with the Team Lead, who assessed the candidate’s basic understanding & asked for a pseudocode solution to a problem. The 2nd round was an online assessment, where we are required to develop a functioning application. The final round focused on DSA, along with an evaluation of deeper technical understanding. Strangely, despite clearing the interview, I was told that I had not been selected.
Post getting short-listed there will be an online test, followed by a live coding round with current senior development team, followed by meet with CTO/COO or both and finally HR round to discuss employment conditions and payment
