The interview process consisted of five stages over two months (from first to final interview), including an analysis exercise that required significant preparation and a presentation session.
Despite this time investment, it has now been an additional two months since the final interview without any communication regarding the outcome, and six weeks since my follow-up to HR without receiving a reply either. This is despite being invited during the final meeting with the CEO to reach out directly should there be more delay in receiving feedback.
While the discussions throughout the process were engaging and professional, the absence of closure at the final stage significantly affected my overall experience. When candidates invest substantial effort, timely and transparent communication (regardless of the outcome) is expected and reflects the level of respect to the candidates and organisational maturity of the company.
