Interview
The Interview Process seemed okay. The only thing that raised by eyebrow was the Interviewer's comment about wanting robots to do the job instead (if they could). This, to me, seems like an employer who is not interested in offering any kind of training.

Interview
A manager called me in for an interview and talked about herself the entire time. Then in a second interview I took a profile test. From there the manager said I will call and let you know. This process is different today. I read many scripts and role played some calls. I did not know what I was talking about at that time..
