Interview
Thorough, transparent, honest, and challenging. I was first interviewed by the President and the Head of Finance. Then I took the Predictive Index, a cognitive test and the SPG-Gold. I was then interviewed again by the President. Then the CEO. We had a lively discussion about my comp and they proposed a solid offer. I was happy to accept!
