The interview process is pretty simple. There were three levels. At the first level my skills and knowledge was tested. The second level involved face-to-face interview with the middle management wherein the focus was to understand more about the capability and experience of the individual and identify if the candidate is qualified enough to handle the job responsibilities. The final round again is a face-to-face with the senior management, wherein the interviewers were keen to learn the individual's professional objectives and attitude, whether it matches with that of the organization.
