The design team is very nice and approachable. The process consisted of an initial interview/ portfolio review, followed by a test design challenge in SolidWorks and Keyshot for two different seating solutions. You will be given about a week for this process, followed by a second interview with the design team. After this, they will choose a candidate to make and offer to. After going through the whole process of interviewing, they were very unprofessional about following up. With only a couple of interview finalists, they ghosted all candidates that they did not hire, with no contact to let the other candidates know that the position was filled.
