Round 1: 45-60 minutes 1-1 interview with potential reporting manager. Explain your past experience and interest in the applied role. Get to know more about role. Round 2: asked to prepare 4 exercises with unclear instructions. Was told that I have to present one of the exercises during the final interview. Ended up having to present all 4 exercises. I was also given an exercise I have no experience or knowledge doing in the past. Not a fair judgement of how I can transfer my current skills to the new role. You will also spend 5-8 unpaid hours preparing for the exercises. Round 3: final interview where I had to present the completed exercises to 2 interviewers. Interview was awkward from the beginning. I was greeted with curt and low energy. Whenever I asked a question during the presentation, I wouldn't get a verbal response until I prompted them to unmute. Finally, interview dates get postponed constantly.

One of the least efficient recruiters I've ever worked with. Didn't even proceed to the interview process after multiple weeks of trying to schedule a screening call. My recruiter (after reaching out to me) took roughly one week to respond to my availability, after which the availability was no longer valid. This happened multiple times.
