Young Life interview questions

This process was a lot. Be prepared for at 5- 6 different interviews with long waits on a responses. Its good to find the right fits, but seems drawn out. 1 of the interviews consisted 2 groups of 4 interviewing you. Very intimidating but very great vibe.

Started off with a very friendly, casual phone interview; 1-2 more interviews upcoming. Enjoyable experience so far! The phone interview was focused on building rapport and getting to know me.
