Had a number of interviews about 5 all together before i got the job. First interview was held at a hotel where multiple people were interviewed. It was almost like speed dating. I had to go to desk to desk and be interviewed by different people. Once you get through to that stage, i had an interview with a branch manger who i ended up working for.
