I applied in-person. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Youth Development Program (Woodland Hills, CA) in June 2016
Interview
The process started by grouping all the candidates together and received job information pamphlets. Ten minutes later the representative led us to take an exam with questions meant for elementary aged students (Fractions, Percentages). This was followed by an interview of two candidates at a time in a different room. Definitely more of a competitive type interview, which almost felt as if you're trying to one up the other interviewee.
