Longer than I expected but nice to know that they value getting the right people. It was a 5 step process including a mass hiring event, 2 different panels, one-on-one with the CEO and meeting with a 3rd party interviewer.

Interview
Process included a phone interview and three in-person interviews (at the company). Then there was a personality assessment & interview. The assessment was completed on a computer at home and the interview took place with an outside organization. The last step was a sit-down with the CEO.
