I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Youth Villages in July 2009
Interview
The interviewer had not done their homework by perusing the resume or knowing exactly the strengths or weaknesses. I felt as if I was talking to someone in high school who was practicing to become a career counselor. I was also amazed at the unprofessional dress of the interviewer. The interviewer had food crumbs and spots on their shirt and their nails were dirty. They did not appear to care about the professionalism that I expected.
