Interview was a little bit challenging knowing that everything was based off a phone interview. Lots of the same questions. Person on other end was not friendly at all. Her vibe on the phone gave it away weather you received the job or not

I first had a phone interview with the person who would be the immediate supervisor to the position. The questions were geared toward determining if the candidate (me, in this case) would be an independent self-starter while also being a team player. It only lasted 20 minutes or so, as I was warned in advance. I was one of two also selected for a second interview, this time with the next higher-up. That interview lasted about 45 minutes.
