If you are interested in going through a few rounds of interviews, sending a follow-up interview then being ghosted - this place is for you! Rejections aren't fun, we get that. Being ghosted and finding you didn't get the job through Linkedin is worse. Do Better. Clearly dodged a huge bullet.
A very positive experience . First, a brief conversation with the Head of Operations about the role and my past experiences. Then it was follow with an analytical test on SPSS. Afterwards, there was a 20 minutes conversation with the rest of the operations team. Finally, the last step was an interview with the President of the company.

After submitting the application, there was an online quiz to test skills needed for the job. Next was a phone interview, followed by an assignment. The assignment was to use survey data to put together an 8 page powerpoint presentation. After presenting that, YPulse ghosted me.
