Interview
The first stage interview was very informal. It was clear she had made up her mind from the start, which demonstrates discrimination. There is no one in the UK teams who resembles me, nor anyone in senior positions who looks like me, which highlights their bias. They have not implemented equality and diversity in their recruitment strategy. In their rejection email, they claimed to have recruited someone with similar experience to mine, yet the job was advertised again on the same day as my interview. Personally, I believe they are wasting candidates’ time. There are no Black people in the UK team.
