This was a frustrating experience due to being given false hope, poor communication, and lack of follow-through.
Screening interview with Talent Lead: Updates were slow. After my first interview (on a Friday), I was told I’d hear back by Wednesday but didn’t get a response until Friday. Later, I was told I’d hear on Monday about the next-stage interview but only received confirmation on Tuesday.
1st stage interview with Head of People: The conversation was positive, and I was told twice during the call: "I’m really enjoying this conversation and would like to put you through to the next stage. I’ll coordinate with the Talent Lead." However, I never heard from YunoJuno again - even after following up a week later.
The false hope and radio silence were disappointing, especially given YunoJuno’s stated company values of integrity and transparency and their mission to improve hiring experiences.
